Twisted Jukebox: Blood & Glory, and Valiant
Blood & Glory and Valiant joined the ranks of the Twisted Jukebox music library.
The first thing that caught my eye was the artwork, which is truly amazing. On the Valiant cover, a Roman soldier caught at the heart of the action. On the Blood & Glory cover, a knight from the Middle Ages, standing still, kneeling, as a sign of salute.
The music quite matches these very inspiring covers.
Blood & Glory features “Explosive Cinematic Metal & Orchestral Hybrid of Epic Proportions”; a “blend of high impact cinematic metal and orchestral tracks. Providing the best of traditional epic soundtracks merged with modern metal guitar to cover a variety of scenes from annihilation at the hands of the conquering army hordes or cutting edge modern action.” It was composed by various artists, among whom Jeff Broadbent and Wayne Dineley. You will find all details about the album here.
Here is “Unsettling Future” by Wayne Dineley:
Valiant is “an Epic, Powerful & Triumphant Soundtrack for Heroes”. It “is a breathtakingly epic orchestral and choral album of seismic proportions covering a range of moods & styles within the ‘epic’ genre. Be it for knights and honour, majestic royal ships battling the arch enemy or triumphant sporting moments.’Valiant’ is an essential tool for every music supervisor and editor.”It was composed by Neil Myers. More details about the album are available here.
