Two Steps From Hell: Vanquish
Vanquish is a new album of emotional music from Two Steps From Hell. Epic and bombastic at times, inspiring and sweeping at others, Vanquish is an album offering entirely new music that is released to both professionals and fans at the same time.
While Vanquish doesn’t have the dramatic intensity that some previous industry releases had (such as Legend or Power of Darkness), it offers a richer and more diverse listening experience, with very elaborate compositions by Nick Phoenix and more experimental ones by Thomas Bergersen. Vanquish is a welcome sequel to more recent albums such as SkyWorld and Battlecry.
The album was recorded live with Capellen Orchestra & Choir and features several female vocalists – Felicia Farerre, Asja Kadric (known for her work on Guild Wars 2), and Linea. The artwork was made by Steven R. Gilmore.
