Impact Music: Pure

Pure is Impact Music’s fourth major industry release. Contrasting with their previous albums, Pure offers entrancing music, sublimated by Felicia Farerre’s voice.

Early placements include the movie adversiting campaign for Maleficent.

Purity in all its aspects

This new album revolves around the concept of purity, through cinematic music. Orchestra predominates, and comes with various influences – ethnic ones (gaelic, viking, middle eastern), classical ones (opera) as well as modern ones (new age); each cue, each note radiates an impression of purity.

A soaring musical journey

The album was composed by Serge Colbert, Jean-Paul Newman and Matthew Adam, and mixed and produced by Serge Colbert. Melodic, lyrical and ethereal, dramatic at times, uplifting at others, Pure truly lives up to its name and takes us on a soaring musical journey, filled with emotions.

Felicia Farerre’s enchanting voice

One of the major assets of Pure is the contribution of Felicia Farerre, singer, songwriter and musician. Not only did she honor the album with her enchanting and haunting voice, as well as her inspiring presence, but she also worked on several tracks (particularly “Babylon’s Fall”), helped create the lyrics (all based on made-up language), and designed the album cover, inspired by Vermeer’s famous paiting “Girl with a Pearl Earring”.

solarisImpact Music’s upcoming projects

Several albums are currently in preparation, including Piano Solaris, a collection of cinematic piano cues composed by Grammy Awards nominee Mark Portmann, and Sentinel, focusing on dark, dramatic and modern music.

Pure is currently not available to the public for purchase. For licensing information, contact Impact Music.
