Marcello de Francisci: The Circle of Entrance

Composer Marcello de Francisci just released a new solo album, The Circle of Entrance

With this remarkable collection of modern dramatic cues, Francisci explores a more hybrid genre, while remaining true to his musical style – evocative, emotional, mystical, and ethnic.

The Circle of Entrance stemmed from the idea and creative concept of providing theatrical movie trailer editors, creatives in the film and television industries with “A” level soundtrack production cues for usage and licensing”, Francisci explains. “A symbiotic marriage of orchestral and modern synthetic sounds makes this a true example of what is better known today as “Hybrid Orchestral Music”. This series of works were produced with an approach to cover contemporary cinematic scoring moreover very much inspired to invite the listening audience to a futuristic soundscape.”

Marcello de Francisci is mainly known in the trailer music area for his work with Immediate Music. He has also scored several movies and collaborated with famous singer Lisa Gerrard (from Dead Can Dance) on an album called Departum.

The Circle of Entrance follows Ante Diem, a stunning album released last year.

The Circle of Entrance is available to the public for purchase through iTunes and AmazonFor licensing information, contact RipTide Music, who represents Marcello de Francisci for all licensing purposes.
