Immediate Music: Cinematic Soundscapes
Immediate Music releases a new album, composed by Greg Townley.
Cinematic Soundscapes contains “cinematic drones and soundscapes”. It is an album of “drama, tension, horror and space”.
“The music I wrote for this project was always conceived with a passion for reaching outside conventional sonic boundaries, sometimes ambient, sometimes powerful”, Greg Townley says. “There’s a fine line in whether you’re being melodic or ambient in the way you perceive sound. The priority for this project is the fusion with film music, whether it’s playing a supportive minimalist role, or driving the visuals.”
